Shipping Information

How do I check my order status?
In order to see all of your past orders and check your order status you must be signed up for an account with the website. You must be logged into your account when you place the order if you would like to have your order associated with your account. Login to your account to check your order status.

If you placed your order as a guest or did a guest checkout you will will need to contact us by sending an email to help@designercurves.com. You will also receive an email with tracking information when your order ships out.


Do you ship discreetly?
YES! All packages are shipped in plain packaging with a return address of Dare2Dream Enterprises.

Special Rush Delivery Rates:
If you'd like to pay for a faster shipping method, you may do so! However, the shipping times do not start until the package is shipped. It may take 3-10 days for your package to be shipped from our warehouse. Shipping times on rush shipping methods do not start until the package has been shipped out. Rates are as follows:


  • Express Mail: This is the US Postal Service's overnight delivery service. They guarantee overnight delivery to most major cities and 2 day delivery to other US destinations. The charge for this method is an additonal charge of $20 on top of the shipping cost already assessed by the shopping cart.
  • UPS Two Day: $20-$25 (depending on your location)
  • UPS Overnight Delivery: $45-$65 (depending on your location)

    International Orders
    We are very happy to cater to our PLUS SIZE beauties outside of the United States. The shopping cart will automatically calcuate the shipping charges to countries outside of the United States. This will ship most packages via First Class International Parcel. First Class International takes about 7 to 21 business days to be delivered to you. For faster international delivery and better tracking you may opt to have your order shipped via Global Priority or Global Express. Global Priority starts at $35 and Global Express starts at $45. Global Priority mail takes about 6-10 days, Global Express about 5 days. You will be able to track Global Priority & Express Mail packages online.

    If your order contains alot of items or more than one pair of shoes causing the weight of your package to weigh more than 2 pounds we will contact you regarding any additional shipping charges that may be due (if applicable).

    Important Info about Import Taxes:
    We will fill out a customs form for every package shipped to a destination outside of the United States. You MAY have to pay customs taxes on your package. Any taxes assesed by your country is YOUR responsiblity. We have no control over the amount of the customs tax or if you even have to pay it. We will NOT accept return packages for orders because you didn't want to pay a customs tax when your package was being delivered to you. Most countries impose a tax on merchandise purchased outside of their country. Each country has different rules and regulations in place on when to assess a tax and how much it will be. Please check with your government to find out more about customs taxes on orders you placed outside of your country before placing your order. YOU will responsible for paying any taxes assesed by your government. WE will not accept returns for non payment of your customs taxes.

    When Will My Order Ship Out?
    All IN STOCK Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days by USPS. If an item is on backorder, or a special order item, it will usually ship within 3-10 business days. If there is a back order with the manufacturer and the order can not be filled within 3-10 days we will notify you. You will be notified when ever possible with updates on your order. All of our club wear, costumes, and swim wear are custom made. That is ANY style that is available in sizes 1X-12X. They are not made until your order is placed. It will take 2- 4 weeks to receive your order on these items. If you need a rush order on custom made items please contact us with your due date after you place your order.


Do you do rush orders?
We are happy to cater to all of our customers! If you have special needs or requests emails us @ orders@designercurves.com. If it is possible we will do it. Rush orders may not be possible on our custom made club wear, dancer wear, dresses, and costumes. Please email us at orders@designercurves.com to discuss your special situation.

I already placed my order. Can I change it?
Please email us at orders@designercurves.com to discuss any changes. If it is a custom made item it may not be possible to change so please make sure of any colors and size options before placing orders on these items.

Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order hasn't shipped and it is not a custom made order such as club wear, dancer wear, dresses, and costumes you may cancel your order. Please email us at orders@designercurves.com.

Return / Refund Policy

Due to the delicate & intimate nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. In most cases we can not issue a refund. We will gladly accept exchanges or issue you store credit on anything you are not satisfied with. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Please contact us immediately after your package arrives for return instructions. All claims MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition to receive a replacement. We will not accept garments that have been worn or misused (stains, perfume smell, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, burns, etc). We absolutely can not accept returns or exchanges on panties, thongs, gstrings, pantyhose, thigh high stockings, or bodystockings.

We take all forms of financial fraud very seriously. In order to protect our customers and our business, we log all transaction activity, including your IP address and time of purchase. In the event of fraud, we will provide this information to all relevant agencies, including the financial institution, merchant services and legal entities.

Complaint Procedures

If you have a complaint, please put it in writing! Please send email to complaint@biggalslingerie.com. You will receive a reply within a few hours setting out details of our offer to resolve your complaint. If you have goods to return, please refer to the information in our Returns and Exchanges section. All complaints are dealt with immediately, but in the case of exchange of products, we may be subject to slightly longer time scales if goods have to be manufactured or reordered.
